How do I place an order on the website?
Once you find a product you like,
- Select the quantity you wish to purchase on the product page.
- Click “Add to Cart” to add the item(s) to your shopping cart.
- Feel free to continue browsing and repeat steps 1-2 for additional items.
- When you’re ready to check out, click the Shopping Bag icon at the top right corner of the page to go to your Shopping Cart.
- If you have a coupon code, you can enter it before proceeding to checkout.
- Once ready, click “Proceed to Checkout”
- On the Checkout page, review your items to make sure everything is correct, then click “Proceed to Checkout” again.
- Fill in your Billing and Shipping Details.
- Select your Payment Method.
- Review your order summary one last time and click “Place Order” to complete your purchase.
- If the payment is successful and your order has been received by Mond de Sonne, an Order Confirmation page will appear, and a confirmation email will be sent to the address you provided.
Do I need to create an account to shop?
No need to create an account to enjoy the treasures of Mond de Sonne — wander freely, and let your heart guide your shopping.
Can I place an order without registering?
At Mond de Sonne, there’s no need for formalities — shop as our cherished Guest, no account required. However, should you wish to share more of your journey with us, we’d be overjoyed to keep the connection glowing. By creating an account and becoming a member, you will enjoy many exclusive advantages.
How will I know if my order has been successfully processed?
Once your payment is completed, you will receive a purchase confirmation email from us. If you have a Mond de Sonne account, you can also check your order status by logging into your account on our website.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
You may cancel your order before the payment has been completed. However, once the payment is processed, cancellations are unfortunately no longer possible.
If you change your mind or find the item not to your liking, we may be able to offer an exchange for another variant, subject to availability and in accordance with our Exchange Terms.

Can I place an order as a gift?

Where do you ship from?
Every Mond de Sonne creation begins its journey in Jakarta, Indonesia—before finding its way to you. We are not able to ship outside of Jabodetabek at this time, but we will try our best to avail our products to more areas in the near future.
How long does shipping take?
Good things come to those who wait. Your order will arrive within 3–5 days—give or take a moment, depending on where you are.
How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping costs vary depending on your location, calculated by the distance between us and your door. Rest assured, your Mond de Sonne order will always arrive with the utmost care.
How can I track my order?

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Changed your mind about your shipping address? No problem. If you haven’t completed your payment yet, simply place a new order with the updated details. Unfortunately, once payment is processed, we’re unable to modify the shipping address.
But rest assured, we’re always working to make your experience with us as seamless and delightful as possible.
What should I do if my order is marked as delivered but I haven't received it?
If your order’s status says it’s completed but the package hasn’t graced your doorstep, fear not. A little message to us and we’ll get to work ensuring it finds its way back to you. You deserve nothing less.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via bank transfer and payments through Midtrans. Our partner shall accept payments with credit card (Visa, JCB and Master Card), a Virtual Account (BNI, BRI, Permata, CIMB Niaga), and QRIS (Mandiri, Permata Bank, BNI)
Are taxes and customs duties included in the price?
With Mond de Sonne, what you see is truly what you get. Taxes and duties are already included in the price, ensuring a seamless and worry-free checkout experience.

What are the conditions to exchange an item?
